Family owned and operated since opening our doors in 2005, our sole purpose was to create a uniquely flavorful overnight marinade consisting of fresh herbs and spices to compliment our patented slow rotisserie cooking process. We begin by fully marinating our fresh (never frozen) chickens in large barrels over night, allowing all the herbs and spices to be fully absorbed prior to rotisserie. Once marinated, the chickens are then loaded on to a rotisserie spit and placed into our patented slow-cooking rotisserie machines allowing for a perfect three-hour roast right before your very eyes. The end result is a juicy, flavorful and mouthwatering perfectly cooked chicken that is, quite honestly, nothing short of phenomenal. But, don’t take our word for it, try one for yourself.
